All creatures must learn to coexist. That’s why the brown bear and the field mouse can share their lives in harmony. Of course, they can’t mate or the mice would explode.

The idea of appreciating and respecting diversity is the same as the idea of coping with family. We must always treat others with love, but we don't necessarily have to like them all the time. That seems contradictory, but it is the truth and one that we must remember in order to live in harmony with one another.
Recently I have been struggling with some of my relationships. I have been feeling guilty about some of the anger, disappointment, and other unpleasant emotions I have experienced surrounding my relationships with friends and family. I have attempted to cope with these struggles in a compassionate manner, but sometimes it is just too much. How can I love these people when I don't like them right now. How can I love them when they're not acting lovingly towards me?
This is something that I have to work on, I suppose. A bear can be a fearful thing, and could strike terror into a mouse instantly. Yet, they continue to live together in the woods. If bears and mice can do it, perhaps I can repair these relationships as well.
Your friends and family are people that you are always called to love. But, it's understandable if you don't always like them. You can't always bottle up your emotions and force a happy face.
You might explode.
You might explode.
